Thiago Riccio works in negotiation, structuring and implementation of real estate operations (real estate developments, built-to-suit, sale-and-leaseback, etc.), urban and infrastructure projects (urban and rural land subdivisions, urban consortium operations, etc.). ), administrative tenders and contracts, including common concessions and public-private partnerships (PPP), as well as environmental and mining consultancy.

Furthermore, its work also includes highly complex litigation related to Public Law matters, such as bidding procedures, public contracts, and expropriations. In addition to acting in the judicial sphere, it also sponsors demands at the administrative level (including urban and environmental licensing, TACs and terms of commitment) and advises on the preparation of the pre-litigation strategy.

His experience includes extensive participation in operations in the real estate sector, having led projects for the main players in the sector in Brazil, including operations within the capital market, such as securitization of receivables. In addition, he provided advice on Environmental Law to national and foreign clients on mining projects.

Thiago has already worked on numerous due diligence processes, being responsible for relevant risk assessment work and quantification of contingencies related to Public, Regulatory and Real Estate Law. He also works on drafting opinions, legal opinions, memoranda and providing assistance to operations, with a focus on identifying and preventing disputes.
