Member of the Tax Law team, focusing on administrative and judicial litigation related to federal, state and municipal taxes in all instances and phases. Strategic action in operational risk analysis through assistance in preparing opinions, consultations with the Federal Revenue Service and risk assessment. In addition, he has experience with recovering tax credits and negotiating tax transactions.
In academic work, he graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, where he founded the Academic League of Civil Procedural Law, was champion of the largest national Tax Law competition, as a speaker, and nominated for the “Barão do Rio Branco” award. Today, he is a postgraduate student in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBET) and participates in the “Specialization in Corporate Income Tax” course at the São Paulo Tax Law Association (APET).
