Júlia Barreto works in Tax Law with a focus on national and international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, financial products, structuring foreign investments and Brazilian investments abroad, transfer pricing and financing.
Júlia has already participated in tax operations analyzing contentious aspects and possible tax contingencies of companies in due diligence processes, as well as preparing consultations and opinions on the tax burden of the Union, States and Municipalities. She thus has experience in both litigation and tax consultancy. She has provided advice to clients in a range of specialized sectors, such as mining companies, car rental companies and the food industry.
