Gustavo Paulinelli works in negotiation, structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions operations, focusing especially on the venture capital market and small and medium-sized transactions (small and mid-cap), in diverse sectors such as sports, mining, energy, information technology , real estate, consumer retail and wholesale, including cross-border operations.
He has experience advising clients on multiple issues relating to the sports industry, including drafting and reviewing representation agreements between agents and football players, employment contracts between clubs and football players, player transfer and loan contracts and of sponsorship.
He was coordinator of the Sports Law Study Group at UFMG and was part of the Sports Law team at Baker McKenzie, in Madrid.
