Guilherme Capuruço works in corporate conflicts and highly complex litigation related to civil, business, bankruptcy, civil liability, credit recovery, expropriations, bidding procedures and public contracts. In addition to working in the judicial sphere, he also sponsors demands in the administrative sphere and advises on the preparation of the pre-litigation strategy.
His experience includes the participation and coordination of civil and business litigation teams from renowned firms, defending the interests of his clients in the fields of civil and heavy construction, steel and mining, medical laboratories, telephony, energy, health and supplementary pensions, financial institutions , insurance, agribusiness, retail and wholesale, among others.
Capuruço has already worked on numerous due diligence processes, being responsible for relevant risk assessment work and quantifying contingencies in civil proceedings. He also works on drafting opinions, legal opinions, memoranda and assisting operations, with a focus on identifying and preventing disputes in light of legislation and jurisprudence.
He is a member of the Corporate Law Commission of the OAB/MG and professor of the subject “Corporate Litigation” in the postgraduate course at IBMEC-MG.
