Bruna Frasson works in Corporate Law, focusing on negotiation, structuring and implementation of processes related to M&A operations (mergers and acquisitions), as well as corporate restructuring and wealth planning.

Bruna has already participated in legal audits (due diligence), advising national and international clients on corporate operations, and has experience in analyzing and drafting contracts and corporate acts, as well as their registration with the competent bodies.

In his academic career, he has already studied master's courses in Law & Economics and Management at Sapienza – Universitá di Roma, for a semester, on exchange in Italy, and completed an English immersion program at the University of Northern Iowa, in the United States.

Furthermore, she founded the Business Negotiation Study Group (PRONEMP) and the Capital Market Studies Center (NEDIM), at the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and was a speaker at the XIV Brazilian Arbitration Competition from CAMARB, by the Study Group on Arbitration and International Contracts (GACI), consecrating UFMG as champion of the edition.
