Homologation and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards;

Representation of clients in strategic litigation in the judicial and administrative spheres, in all forums and instances in the country;

Compliance with letters rogatory and approval of foreign judgments;

Representation in administrative defenses of administrators or controllers of financial institutions and in extrajudicial liquidation processes before the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN);

Preparation of diagnoses of legal actions (Due Diligence), with the aim of assisting the client in verifying the risks involved;

Recovery of special credits.
