In line with the main anti-corruption legislation in force in the world, Freitas Ferraz updated its Integrity Program in 2019. The program represents an unfolding of our belief in a business culture based on ethical, honest and transparent practices and deals in a clear and objective way with the principles, rules and values ​​that should govern the relationship of Freitas Ferraz employees with customers, partners, suppliers , public agents, public authorities and civil society.

The Freitas Ferraz Integrity Program brings together a set of internal integrity policies, standards, mechanisms and procedures, aimed at preventing, monitoring, detecting and correcting possible illicit acts, deviations, fraud and/or irregularities, with the main objectives being:

  • Promote and disseminate at all hierarchical levels a culture of transparency, ethics and integrity in the conduct of our business;
  • Prevent, deter and remedy, in an efficient and timely manner, the practice of behaviors that are incompatible with the ethics and integrity standards of Freitas Ferraz Advogados;
  • Ensure compliance with laws, standards, policies and internal guidelines applicable to the activities of Freitas Ferraz Advogados;
  • Consolidate the behavioral rules to be adopted by employees and partners when conducting the activities developed by Freitas Ferraz Advogados and facilitate the systemic use of all regulations;
  • Make employees and partners aware of activities and conduct that present a risk of non-compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the internal rules of Freitas Ferraz Advogados;
  • Reinforce Freitas Ferraz Advogados' commitment to practices of integrity and combating corruption, bribery, fraud and other illicit acts provided for in current legislation.
